A Personal Narrative Workshop

*The session will be recorded if you are unable to join live.

Our bodies have stories to tell us, ones that we know and, more importantly, ones deep inside that we may not be aware of.

This workshop takes a mindful approach to surfacing, then creating “mini-memoirs” that can be used for various purposes, such as developing an outline for a full memoir, capturing the past to share with family as a legacy project, or learning more for personal enlightenment.

Our intention in this session is to:

  • dive deep to illuminate stories/moments from the past

  • take note of what surfaces

  • follow where the internal conversation leads

  • create a sense of wonder about who we are based on who we were

  • write from the heart

Body Chat nourishes the mind, body, soul, spirit, and heart. In this workshop, you can expect co-creation of a safe space, a guided meditation to facilitate deepening into your internal world, generous writing time, and conscious community sharing.
