Your favourite poem, the one you just wish you wrote, is more than a favourite. It's part of you.

In this 2-hour poetry workshop, we’ll express gratitude to the poetry that has crept its way into our hearts, weaving itself into our souls.

Come prepared to share a page-long poem by another writer that has influenced your creativity or your character. These words will be borrowed, serving as a word bank to express inner feelings that the poem stirs inside our spirits.

Through a meditative practice, we’ll connect deeply within our bodies, opening a direct pathway to receive inspiration as we create poetry. This workshop encourages poetry lovers to explore new avenues of creativity, showing gratitude to the words that have moulded us.

For new writers, this workshop is your beginning.

For seasoned writers, this is a chance to experiment more deeply with words borrowed.

*The session will be recorded if you are unable to join live.
