Supported by a somatic awareness practice, a study into the intricacies of the Personal Essay, and focused writing prompts and tools to structure your writing, we will explore our unique perception of life through the lenses of “peace” and “safety”. Throughout this 2-hour workshop, you will work your way towards a personal essay on the theme.
