Creative Writing for Emotional Care & Balance

Writing is the sacred act of conversing & connecting with ourselves.

It’s no wonder why just 10 minutes of reflective writing creates a sense of emotional calm and spiritual presence, which leads to physical relaxation and a more inspired perspective.

Join us for 2 nourishing hours of intuitive & creative writing practice in kindred community. We will move through curated prompts designed to invite the mind and heart into coherence and restore balance in the mind, body, spirit ecology.

In this workshop, we will be exploring the literary device of tone.

You can expect:

  • Accessible exercises to regulate and relax the nervous system

  • Exploratory writing prompts for personal reflection, emotional reconciliation, and self-understanding

  • A deep dive on emotional tone in writing through studying other soulful writers

  • Conscious sharing and reflecting within the writing community

In addition to generating new writing, you will also learn techniques to use in your daily emotional care practice.
