Writing From a Nourished Body

This Creative Embodiment practice can be used daily to cultivate life force energy (Qi) in a way that nourishes your body, mind, and heart prior to your writing practice.

The Qigong exercises we practice clear energy channels so life force can flow in a harmonious pattern.

Release, fill yourself up with light, and nourish the Yin aspect of your being through awareness, intention, and inner light.

What you need for this practice:

  • Space to move

  • Relaxing music of your choice or Meditation/Calm playlist on Spotify

  • Elements to create your sanctuary (i.e. candles, incense, diffuser)

  • Writing tools
